Hi! I am Sandy and here are some things you might not know about me:
I hold a Bachelor in Translation and a Master’s Degree in International Commercial Negotiations;
I have been a translator since 2009 and a Certified Public Translator since July 2013;
I took part in the World Government Summit 2017 in Dubai as a professional note-taker;
I translated into Arabic countless reports and bools, namely the Incident Command System (ICS) training program released by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security; The Girl Who Played with Fire by Stieg Larsson (novel); and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, by Roald Dahl (children literature);
I have studied Italian and completed the C2.2 level.

What topics do you handle?
We handle a wide variety of documents and topics with a special focus on legal papers and legal, consultancy, business, policy-making, sustainable development, humanitarian aid, politics, economics, and finance topics, always ensuring accuracy, respecting cultural references, and adhering to each client’s special guidelines and preferences.
What languages do you work with?
We work with Arabic, English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment in cash or via bank transfer, Whish Money, or Western Union/OMT.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the service requested, as well as the length and complexity of each document.
For standard legal documents (individual or family extracts, birth/death/marriage certificates, IDs, etc.), you can expect delivery within one business day only.
Other larger files will have to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
We also offer expedited services for urgent projects.
What is MTPE and how does it work?
Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) involves using machine translation to generate a rough draft, which is then carefully reviewed and edited by a skilled human translator, using translation software (either Phrase.com, formerly Memsource, or Trados Studio in our case). This process combines the speed of machine translation with the accuracy and nuance of human editing to ensure high-quality results.
This service is especially beneficial for large files and major companies that have long-term projects.
